SSI Spiral Shape Implant:

The SSI Spiral Shape Implant is a leading-edge implant system, offering outstanding stability and versatility in all clinical indications. It features an Internal Hex connection, meticulously designed for enhanced immediate and long-term stability. The implant's unique tapering spiral threads support straightforward placement and secure primary stability.

Platform Switching
Featuring a micron level of accuracy between the implant and abutment, the SSI implant system keeps the microgap to an absolute minimum, optimizing implant-abutment seating and minimizing crestal stress.

Micro-rings
The implant top features a rough surface with threads extending to the apex, further decreasing crestal stress and enhancing stability.

Implant Body
The implant body sports a V Shape design and tapered core, providing excellent primary stability and maximum bone contact.

Implant Threads
The SSI implant's double-thread self-tapping design, coupled with its expanding tapered body, gradually condenses the bone to enhance primary stability. This characteristic makes the SSI implant suitable for all bone types, ensuring utmost accuracy during placement.

Rounded Apex
To refine the direction during the initial stages of insertion, the implant boasts a rounded apex, thereby improving the ease of insertion.

SLA Surface Treatment
Our SSI implant utilizes SLA Surface Treatment for a high-performance surface with extensive healing potential. The treatment begins with large grit sandblasting, creating a controlled macroroughness that promotes optimal osseointegration for successful implant stability and long-term success. Following this, an acid-etching bath refines the surface properties, generating a microstructure that supports accelerated healing and soft tissue integration.

Titanium Alloy Ti 6Al-4V ELI
Crafted from Titanium Alloy Ti 6Al-4V ELI, our SSI Implant sets a new standard in dental implant technology, offering superior fatigue strength, reliability, and biocompatibility.

Ideal for Immediate Implantation
Most notably, the SSI Spiral Shape Implant is an optimal solution for immediate implantation and loading, making it a winning choice for dental professionals seeking a versatile and robust implant system.

In conclusion, the SSI Spiral Shape Implant is an excellent choice for dental professionals seeking a versatile, robust, and efficient implant system. Its unique design, built from superior materials, and state-of-the-art surface treatment all come together to deliver an implant that not only meets the industry's highest standards but also ensures optimal patient comfort and satisfaction.

**Procedure: Description**

1. Cortical Drill: Prevent compression in dense bone or thick cortex. Avoid for sinus lift procedures.
2. Drill with Cortical Drill: Prepare sites in medium/dense bone and thick cortical layers. Ensure full seating and pressure release. Avoid for sinus lift.
3. Determine implant length: Verify desired depth, including soft tissue thickness, using a Depth Probe.
4. Choose insertion instrument: Select drilling unit or Manual Torque Wrench Surgical based on accessibility. Avoid over-tightening.
5. Insert implant: Begin insertion into osteotomy. Use low speed (25 rpm) with max torque (45 Ncm) for drilling unit. Do not exceed recommended torque.
6. Tighten manually: Ensure proper insertion torque without overtightening.
7. Strong resistance: Avoid excessive torque. If resistance encountered (min 35 Ncm - max 45 Ncm), reassess implant placement.

Perfect Restoration Position: Reach bone level with one hexagon face tangential to external jaw arc. Implant drivers aid visualization.

Restoration: Remove cover screw/healing cap in two-piece implants. Screw motion up to 45 Ncm for initial stability.

Implantation: Use tubercular bone to prevent heat and future absorptions.

Immediate loading: Tighten abutment with 35 Ncm torque to check resistance. Do not exceed 30 Ncm with implant carrier.

Note: Close top with cover screw, stitch, and wait for recovery, or load immediately with proper abutment and stitched tissue.

I have been using GP implants for my last 50 cases and results are same, if not better than the other implants I have in my office. Fantastic for immediates due to the design. I am now a loyal user!

Dr. Campanella Claudio

The best dental implants.
I met the company by chance a few years ago. I have discovered an excellent company with great precision in production. Staff prepared and available. Great product. Thank you.

Dr. Rodolfo Gutierrez

EXCELLENT PRODUCTS, GP implants have had an increase in my dental practice due to the fact that they all have been very successful. GP implants are trustworthy and have a good price. I have been working with GP implants for the past 7 years and we have placed at least 500 implants up to this day. I highly recommend them.

Craig D. Schmidtke, DDS

The SSI Implant by GP is an excellent choice for clinical cases with complications related to anatomy. It is so easy and safe to load the implant, and it gives impeccable results post-operatively, with respect to osseointegration. I was simply amazed when I saw the X-ray where the bone was strongly integrating with the implant surface

GP Implants exercises great care and effort in maintaining the superior quality of its products. All GP Implants products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. However, should a customer find fault with any GP Implants products after using it according to the directions, the defective product will be replaced free of charge. Warning: Products should be used by licensed dentists only.
